At Fawn, we believe that skincare should be simple and effective. Our artisanal products are designed to bring you the nutrients your skin deserves. Nothing more, nothing less. Made with organic ingredients, our formulations are Lab-to-Skin. Quality skincare is that simple.

Our Formulator Apprenticeship Program is in its second year intake. This program will give you the opportunity to learn directly from our Founder, Hann Chia, a Certified Formulator (Dip. Organic Skincare Formulations U.K.).

Formulator Apprenticeship Program 2023

About Program

  • Starting March 2023
  • 4-6 months program
  • Bi-monthly sessions
  • Conducted on weekday nights or weekends
  • All materials, equipment and ingredients will be provided for 
  • You will be taught directly by our Certified Formulator 
  • Both theory and practical modules will be covered in this program (topics will range between and not limited to skincare, wellness and sustainability, ingredients in skincare, lab preparation, formulating of organic skincare products and more)
  • Upon completion of the Apprenticeship Program, successful candidates can look forward to continued development of their skill sets through part time or full time roles at Fawn Labs

About Role

  • Passionate about skincare and sustainability
  • Interested in organic ingredients and formulation of skincare and wellness products
  • Is meticulous, committed and mature  

Our Requirements

  • At least 18 years old 
  • Must be able to commit for all sessions
  • (Bonus!) If you are an existing Fawn Labs customer and loves our products
  • Can do attitude - No tasks too small!
  • Achiever - No dreams too big!
  • Team Player
