May I received a refund for my purchase?
Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you would like to ask for a refund, kindly do so within 7 days of purchase.
May my product be replaced?
Replacements will be sent free of charge should your products be defective or damaged. The cost of shipping will also be waived. If you would like to replace your product, please send in a request within 30 days of purchase.
